Return Customer having purchased an ultimate computer and a previous ultimate hard drive. All I can say is the product is fantastic, works as advertised and the support as I have mentioned in past posts is excellent. What an amazing time capsule of games. Truly a museum to visit and enjoy rediscovering classic game. There are more than a lifetime of titles to explore. Support is top notch 5 stars all across the board. Highly recommended.

When they say "Ultimate" they really mean it... I was truly amazed by the quality of the step by step setup instruction. And the content is just terrific...... There is obviously thousand of hours of work to make a such beautifully curated & organized ROM collection. Definitively a must have for everybody with an Arcade.
