What are CHD files and why do I need them? CHD files emulate the Hard drive on some of the later arcade games. These are required to run some of the later titles in the MAME set.
I do not see what I am looking for do you accept requests? If you do not see the set or a specific title within a set that you are interested in please contact us. We have additional and customizable sets.

What is the wait time to recieve my order Ship times can vary week to week. We do offer a rush order service that puts your order in a priority pool which guarentees your set to be shipped within 3 days. Sets outside the priority pool generally range from 5-10 days.
How is my set packaged and what media do you use? We use name brand media DVD +/-R, your set comes in individual cd windowed sleeves. Larger sets of 50 discs are usually shipped on spindes.
What is the "Avery Labels" option on the sets? Normal orders are labeled with CD marker, if you would like labels on your discs for a cleaner look we give you that option.
What is the "Video Snaps for front-ends" option? A front-end is used on PC/arcade cabinets to conviently search through your game collections and customize your interface, this option furthers that customization by allowing you to view a video of each game as you browse through your list. Works with any front end that supports video, all popular front ends do.
What is the "HDD Data transfer" option on some sets? The option allows one to mail a hard drive to us to have the set dumped for them. This option can be used on larger sets to avoid a mass amount of DVDs.
Do you ship outside the USA? We Ship world wide, USA orders $5.00, Canada/Mexico $10.00, UK/AUS $12.50, Rest of the World $15.00-$20.00 usually, PSX sets or large orders may vary.International shipping prices are added to the order after checkout. You will be notified of the final shipping price.

What is the return policy? We do not accept returns after the product has been shipped, Orders under processing status may be cancelled and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
We do guarentee a fully working product and will ship out replacement disks for those damaged within 30 days of the sale.
